The first wave of inventory for these models range from $416-430k. The HOA/CDD Fees in the community are ~$178/month.     wow, no HOA or CDD, I like how that sounds. What will be the cost for a new build, no lake view, no forestry in the back, 1 story, no HOA or CDD? 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 car garage a must

      In Non HOA lots in this area the home will either back up to another house or a lot that has yet to be cleared (woods). Most homes are 1 story 2 car garage 4 bedrooms which start at $400k; however I know of a handful of off market 3 bedrooms between $380k-$395k that will be ready next year.

      A 4 bedroom is to big for just me and my spouse. 3 bedroom 2 car garage is great. Back up into another home is fine. I will reach out when ready. Thank You

      On lots scattered throughout Port St Lucie East of I-95. I have access to their inventory while it's under construction and I've seen them built on pretty much any vacant lot that they can buy.

      Hello Nidia, I put that information in the description. Right now there are a handful in the $420k range on the water ready January/February 2024 and I can get a deal to help out on those for my clients.

      I put the HOA/CDD fees broken down by month in the description ($178/month). Both are paid annually - $341/year for the HOA and $1796.14/year for the CDD.

      Thank you so very much for sharing this information with me. Honestly, we rather not pay HOA nor CDD. We will continue watching your videos (we’re not in a rush to purchase, but will retire in 2 years and are considering all our options).
