Was there last week, and the sales agent played the bait and switch scheme, after checking all the models, she said that none were available at current prices, and that we should check again in a couple months with price increases., very unprofessional!

Might as well buy/build new for this bc a home like this with pool & established palm trees would be in the 500k region. Customize this how you like. No I don't know the sales team. I have a place & just curious what they're going for new. Wonder if there's a good HOA with amenities...?

Sizes of homes vary dramatically depending on the city and price point. Similar homes that is over a million in south Florida could be being sold for around 400k north west Florida. Location accounts for alot in Florida, thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

I’m just not sure I’d want to spend that kind of money on a house in a town with a nuclear power plant in it 🤷🏻♀️
