Unfortunately they don’t build in Palm Beach County as the cost of land and building there is significantly more expensive. Pricing/homes would look a lot different than in Port St Lucie.

@@mustafa3169 unfortunately they don’t have 5 acre lots in the areas where this home can be built. That lot size would have to be in Fort Pierce, Palm City, The Acreage, or Jupiter Farms and the pricing/homes would look a lot different.
