Perfect size house for us. Wish they had a Jack and Jill Bathroom (shared with two bedrooms) and a Landscaped Patio with Pool. I wonder if this is with HOA?

It really is! There are homes on the market that are ready for move in and are great deals. Not in an HOA with a CDD like this one. Please let me know if you would like more information. pretty but small front door and too many tight corners for a wheelchair. Most houses will have someone in a wheelchair at some point so homes should be made more accessible.
Yes it is pretty small the front door. Gorgeous houses. This builder has had many delays delivering on time.
Great house but how about a 3 B/Room?
I like the homes in Manderlie by Mattamy homes alittle more money but seem worth it, I'm looking to make a move to Fl in the next year or 2 I'm teing to decide on PSL area or Lakewood Ranch

I love the open concept however the first bathroom look cheaply built the master looks so much better not enough counter space in the kitchen

Why did they build master closet in the bathroom? What happens when someone takes a hot shower? The steam that's produced will it not affect the clothes in the closet?
