I want to apologize I made a mistake. I looked at the prices in Esplanade in Sarasota and the difference in a Lazio is 162k I'm looking at a Pallazio and is a 220K difference is crazy. I wonder why? Besides being an over 55 community.

I'm really shocked that the price of a Lazio has gone up 200K in one year. At the time you did this video the base price of the Lazio is 494,900 and now a year later is 681,136. Incredible that the price has gone up 186,236. It's a hell of an increase. By the time you put in a pool and the design center it's around 900K incredible.
