Home prices are low in Port Saint Lucie compared to the rest of the state, which means you get a lot of bang for your real estate buck.
Low Crime Rate... do some research and you will find that crime rates are incredibly low in our beautiful area of Florida. Not perfect, but low.
Sunshine - almost everyday - no SNOW!!!
Would be nice to have more details, eg: house age and when/if remodeled, square feet, (total), number of bed/bath, additional rooms like laundry, den/office, loft/attic, basement. Street details eg: cul de sac
I like the last house the best, I'ts nice to know you can still find a house with a pool under 300 k

Lol...I totally agree. I've been watching many of these videos, her channel is my least favorite...sorry she's leaving too much important informations...and too much of herself/face. Hello please and thank you in advance please when showcasing a home any home or homes please start with right away size, bedrooms, bathrooms square footage HOA if any? Two story three story, townhouse or fully detached basement no basement? Garage or no garage? And if and when possible annual taxes for said properties. You only show bits and pieces of homes but edit in the details age is a factor as well modern upgrades stuff like that please and thank you

Sonsire I like all 5, but my question to you is can any of those home fit a queen size bed in the other rooms? I wouldn't want the other rooms to be so small that you can't fit end tables in there after you have put a queen size bed in one of them. Oh are there HOA fee's in any of these area's, and I like the one that had the guess quarters. This is exactly what I'm looking for you hit the nail on the head because I'm not trying to keep up with the (Jones) figure of speech. Nicely done

I visited a few weeks ago. I love the houses but why are there so many lizards crawling around? That was a deal breaker for me.
Lizards are very common in Florida. I have had some New Yorkers come and FREAK about lizards. They are harmless but I understand.

I think it’s been said numerous times but please begin the video with the year the home was built, sqft, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also it would be helpful if you’d mention if there are any HOA fees etc. You can also put this info into to text on the video. Also work on your transitions and editing. There are apps you can use or if you can find some young person in your family (niece, nephew, cousin etc) they’d probably be able to edit it easily for you. Looking forward to see your videos improve
