Hi Sonsire,
In looking at all these models obviously there is many upgrades.You stated $19 to $30 lot premium,
I am guessing $35 to $70 grand in upgrades and of course the pool? $$$$$.
So all in on a house say $300,000 you will be in the neighborhood of $500,000.
It kind of gets yo excited but to get all the things you want add another $222,000.

The homes a beautiful but here is my thought.Let’s take a 300,000 home then say top 30,000 lot
say $50,000 in upgrades and could be higher then the pool$$$$.
Of course not sure what is included like tile,8’doors 10’ ceilings and so on.
Of course all builders make there models look great.This is a little bit of a teaser when we talk

Hello Sonsire! Love your videos we are from Pa, looking for a vacation home / relocation not quite sure yet, in a gated community, these fees are a little high but amenities are awesome. Also is the curbed wall standard its beautiful! Can you tell me if you can get a pool in with the Treviso model (last home) and also what are the taxes and lot premiums for this model.
Hi. Yes, you can get a pool in the Treviso model. It is about $239,000 for the Treviso now. I was just there.

There is a lot premium which is approximately $25,000 and the upgrades you select. You can get a nice house for about $325,000

Sonsire You are the best realtor I am watching I was also wondering is there any way you could find like 2 level home within the same price range and maybe With 5 to 6 bedroom With in 259.000 range or little up but not in the 319, I know it might not be possible but I'm just trying my luck

Perhaps you should tell people about the many vacant lots available in the Becker road area and the new home builders on savona... because as you know some people do not want 2 live in a gated community with HOA fees
Thank you. I have talked about that in other videos. However, PGA Verano is not for everyone. IT is a lifestyle that comes at a price for sure. That is what this video is about. I love the homes outside of gated communities for like $270,000 no HOA... If you would like more info about that, I can send you some...
