So much land ,and the bed-rooms looks like,small boxes .make no sense to me.
sounds like like you would rather have bigger bedrooms in place of the land.
12+ minutes to get to the price is ridiculous. The home is nice but its WAY overpriced,,,, by about 60-90 thousand.

@@evolvewithalexisdiaz unfortunately, what we are seeing in this market, is the builders taking advantage of all the communist leaving states like New York Illinois, California and moving to Florida and jacking up the prices. my wife and I have been wanting to move to Ocala, from Ft. Lauderdale for a few years now (we vacation there about 6 times a year) and are in the market for a home there. So we are keeping an eye on homes and prices.

I don't know why you wait for giving the numbers at the end of the video. Your just looking for extra money in CZcams and wasting serious buyers time. Also you talk about yourself and saying your opinion on things. That's a great for when a person is physically there to make an emotional connection but it translate bad online. Just my opinion from a serious buyer..

Poorly constructed, not enough kitchen counter space. This is just one step above living in your car. The asking price should really be $93,000.
