Let’s start with the moment you walk up to the home. The entry way is grand but not over the top. Also the open floor plan is nice and modern, but still feels like home. Lastly I’m an outdoorsy person lol. I can sit out back and enjoy creation.

This is the home we plan to have built and have been looking at property online. Just really wish they would build in the Vero Beach area!

@@y2k2gt I’ve got some people looking in North Fort Pierce, but if you’re doing this on your own check with the builder that they’ll build on the lot (even check if a feasibility study is necessary) because some builders in PSL won’t go past Orange or Indrio. And if you’re not working with a realtor, I might be able to help. But either way, thanks for watching!

A half a million in PSL. I must be living in the twilight zone. That model is more like 700k. Florida is officially no longer affordable. Yikes. No pool either so add another 150k so your pushing 850k. I’ll rent forever before I pay that in PSL.
