    For that amount of money you should have better cabinets a two car garage more landscaping I hope the windows are hurricane rated

    WHY haven’t they done anything with the infrastructure, like city water and sewer?! What are they spending property taxes on? Strange.

      They are waiting for the codes to change so the cost will be on you and not the town

    I was really liking that home until I saw the spray foam insulation in the attic. That stuff hides leaks, holds moisture rotting out roof trusses!! $$$ Big money to repair. Definitely a deal breaker …No ceiling fans.. $369k is crazy

      There’s positives and negatives of everything I suppose. The foam is way better on energy and for most people it’s a big plus. Most builders don’t don’t spray foam due to the higher cost. You’ll find ceiling ones on new builds when you start looking at some of the higher end builders. Of course that be at a much higher price point. You’d end up paying 4x + the cost of a fan if you got it from a builder. You’re better off buying what you want and having it installed after.
      This house sold recently (Jan 2023) at $369k and appraised for more. That’s the market now

      @@reallocalfl It won’t appraise for more in the next 6 months. Many folks who purchased during the pandemic have buyers remorse watch their home values drop like a stone. DrHorton and Lannar posted quarterly loses in the billions. KB Homes reports 68% cancellation rate.. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.

    I am looking at homes right now in Palm Bay. Really like the solar option. Not a big fan for a septic or well.. Do they have options that are non-HOA that do not use septic or well?

    Move some where else it’s way too crowded in Palm Bay ! Should have built a wall and closed the border of Florida Sorry No Vacancy !!!
