- Pattaya City is a mixture of many types of bars, clubs and much more. having said that the Assienda Bar here in Soi Chiyapoon in the heart of Pattaya City is more than just a bar. It is also home to NDTVi, a CZcams channel created by Nick.
In this interview I find out how from brawling at a wedding led Nick to a home and business life here in Pattaya. What makes Nick tick and what is it like running not one, but two bars as well as a very successful CZcams Channel?

yeah nick is right what he's saying here. I've been involved in Thailand for the last 25 years and it's just now iam starting to understand what the people and the culture is all about. what westerners don't realise is everything is done the opposite in business there and it frustrates many people. it takes years to grasp and by then for many it's too late. in Thailand the manta can simply be, easy come easy go?? And as they say fools rush in where angels fear to tread, peace!

Lots of pearls of wisdom and experiences but the two which ring massive bells - 1) the heat at the airport ( shock! ) and 2) despite travelling all around the World, my first Pattaya visit blew me away and I experienced things like never before. Cant express that enough!

But, Iâm afraid that thereâs something not quite right about Mr Dean in my eyes, I smell a lot of BS in this interview, he seems to befriend people who he can use for his own gain then they seem to disappear, Iâve noticed this pattern with him.
I sincerely hope Buzzin Bar & all of your Companies reap the rewards of all the hard work put in by you all.

Interesting insight into how Nick got started, much of which i haven't heard before despite watching most if not all of his vlogs. It will be my 1st time in Pattaya (hopefully) this November. I've been to Bangkok and Phuket in the past. Listening to the advice from Trev and Nick over the last year has been fantastic and makes me think that many mistakes would be made for 1st timers without them sharing their knowledge. great vlog as always Trev, thank you :) i also enjoy Nicks channel very much although the live feeds are too long for me (same with everyone's, i just don't have the time to watch) .......if you want a laugh go watch Nicks vlogs on a night out with 1000TB/2000TB and 3000TB they are great entertainment, BFB drunk as a skunk on his birthday (the 3000TB vlog) is a sight to see :)

Good interview. Look forward to part 2. You often mention how bad the delays were when coming from Don Muang airport. I've been coming since 2001 and often had a night or 2 in Bangkok before Pattaya. Cannot recall any major delay getting to Bangkok. As an example, one time landed DM around 5.30pm, a bus to Sukhumvit and in my room at a hotel on Nana Soi4 by 7pm. The bus from Bangkok to Pattaya was about 2 hours. I think the immigration lines at the new airport have often been much longer than I recall at DM. Thanks.
DM to BKK North was easy, navigating to the South was pure mental lol
It's good to see how many new refurbishments are going on and around Pattaya getting it ready for the big opening I guess.in one way with Covid many changes are happening even for the better with getting Pattaya cleaned up at last.

Hi Trev, great vlog and as others have said, it is on the top 10 of your interviews.
I do like Nick's style as well and very good to hear the problems of opening up a bar that previously wasn't a bar before, the constant inspections and other BS would be hard to tolerate, but hey TiT.

I was in Bangkok when the Thai Baht was 76/78 to th ÂŁ happy days, in the Landmark Hotel, just before the BTS opened about a month before, paid trip by Midland Power (garden Machinery use to sell/repair lawn mowers ride-ons Strimers etc Fell in Love with Thailand of all the Countries I have been to Thailand is still head and shoulders above the rest
