How good was Adel Taarabt actually? #GOAT
New video about one of the most talked about players we've seen over the 2000s in football. In this episode we take on Adel Taarabt who played for Tottenham, Benfica, QPR, AC MIlan and Fulham for most of his career.

Hopefully they know his spelling better than you do..
@@Muthumalai_Tiger_Reserve_Aana 😹lol , typing error my brother

no fr streets can't forget this man
@@tchouameninga you're joking right?
Neil Warnock absolutely unleashed the genius inside of this guy

But they should because they sucked and didnt amount to anything
@@gbone1619lol so funny how dudes that never played the game be saying others suck those guys are ballers jus Thad a bad attitude apart from dembele but to say they suck is nuts from some nerd on a computer who couldn’t even play Sunday league football
Thorsten Frings
@@alpay3300 Mohamed zidan too he was cold with it
This guy was the definition of a street baller. You can do millions and millions of drills etc but you either born with it or not in the streets of rural cities.
Drills can get you from sh$t to not useless, but yea there is a certain type of flair that you either have or you don’t.
let me rephrase that, you can be owning the rurals and have godly streets skills, but you will never earn millions with even gazilion nutmegs
“Technique is not being able to juggle a ball 1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing. Then you can work in the circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch, with the right speed, at the right foot of your team mate.”
Johan cryuff
What is a "rural city"? Is it the same as "urban countryside"?
I like that you started incorporating more gameplay footage in your videos. It was the only thing missing from them. With football, nothing describes a player best than seeing him in action.
Agree,it would be more entertaining to watch
maybe its a thing with copyrights i dunno just airballing it but it seems plausible
The part where he forgot about being the captain and have to rush from France to England just to lift the trophy was hilarious bro😂
Legendary 😂😂
This is the moroccan style. When you go to morocco there are small sided games being played all over the streets and the beaches. And its just as important to score a nutmeg than a goal.
He grew up in France from when he was a baby, that doesn't apply to him.
@@DailyDoseOfFootballYT it absolutely does. I dont know if youve ever been to france but you have whole tower blocks of north africans mainly moroccans and algerians who are playing the exact same style of street football that is played in morocco.
@@ExecutionerHopkins it's true, they might not be playing in Morocco, but they carry it with them when playing in the street. And it's something modern football is losing year after year, players with the rawness and street trickery.
@@DailyDoseOfFootballYT He was born in Morocco and raised in the alpa-cote a'zur provence with big Morocco population
@@ExecutionerHopkins honestly I commented hoping someone who knew those places better would reply. I knew about that and wondered how similar to morocco it would be
Him and Ricardo Quaresma are 2 of my favourite player's. Both are so talented and charismatic, when they have the ball in their feets is just poetry in motion, pure joy to watch them!
Ben Arfa has to be there too 🔥
@@FromPanictoParis Of course,my bad!Hatem and Taarabt was the most fun to watch it the english football, back then. Beautiful times, the streets never forget them.
You don't really know what charismatic is right? 😂 they're both quite the opposite, just bloody ballers...
Must been some easy to read poetry cuz they dont have good stats and didnt win anythinf
@@PanagiotisAraujo11 absolute quality mate these lads were born to play football
Wow!!!Adel Taarabt boss is considered a future legend of Queens Park Rangers as he was one of the best players, the footballing club have witnessed, despite not really having a good career with Tottenham Hotspur, good friends!!!His skills, precision and eye for goals with the former have made him to be a star player with them, good friends!!!LONG LIVE,ADEL TAARABT BOSS!!!🏋️♂️
QPR Taraabat Was My favourite Player To watch🔥⚽️
From this comment …. How can the video creator dare to say with 0 football IQ … the video creator was definitely talking about himself… it’s mad how the world is … so who creates football videos doesn’t understand football … mental
TAARABT now plays in the uae leage in dubais alnasr captaining the team to its first final in a while , i hope they win it.
I remembered being back in high school and all us lads going mental over his videos on CZcams crazy skill
Fifa 13 Ultimate Team CAM IF Adel Taarabt was insane🔥
One of the few players to actually have 5 stars in skill moves. Some really crafty players only had 4.
Bruh he was, without a doubt, the most skillful and technical player we’ve ever had
as a moroccan this guy lol he gave me headaches goosepumps, adrenaline everything
Adel Tarrabt, Giovanni dos Santos and Kevin Prince Boateng were all there at the same time. They all had insane talent but couldn’t really put it together. Not to mention guys like David Bentley and John Bostock who were tipped for stardom. Also that was the time they also had guys Modric, Bale, Van der Vaart, Defoe, Crouch, Kyle Walker and a bunch of other really good players. If those guys had delivered on their potential they could have had some team.
Thank you for talking about Taraabt it seems as if nobody talks about him anymore (Day 3 of asking for a video about Cafu)
Shout out for Cafu too. Perhaps the only legit legend who hasn't been covered here yet.
We will never forget the gifted players Adel Taarabt and Hatem Ben Arfa 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Name one thing they could well do other than dribble.
@@gbone1619 they had raw talent but it didn’t flourish, they did everything an attacking midfielder is supposed to do
@@Aballa9922both talented but with terrible attitudes
I was waiting for him. Finally you found him. Big up, big up bro
Thank you for the awesome video, great job!
You made so many great documentaries, but this one was the best by far 👏👏👏👏
As a Moroccan myself, it's nice go see a Moroccan talent actually get recognition. No matter whatever he did!
Love your storytelling and editing.
Great vid 👌🏻
Finally i was waiting for video about taarbt great player❤
One of the best moroccan footballers 🇲🇦❤️
The most talented of all
@@FromPanictoParisare you an actual stupid person?
I agree @@FromPanictoParis
What a player Taraabt was at times. This video definitely does the levels that he reached justice
No it just shows easily people are tricked by some flashy shit on youtube lol
He was great these 6 months at Milan!A pitty that he was not signed permanently but Milan were struggling at the time
Villa fan here. We went to QPR v Villa on a few occasions as it's close to were i live. Saw Tarabt play. Was the best player on the pitch and posed the most danger against us. Was so relieved when he was substituted with plenty of the match to play. Could never understand why the QPR manager did that but was relieved none the less
Great video Daily dose of football.
Amazing content as always! Can you do Aubamayeng? I feel like he must surely have something about him since he's been everywhere.
Amazing video like always! You should do one about Hulk next.
Is Hulk still in China?
No, he's playing in Brazil@@SAWTHISRIGHT
Streets won’t forget this W brotha 🍷🗿🔥🔥🇬🇧💂♀️
this video was destined to come
I'd absolutely LOVE to hear you do a documentary on Neil Warnock himself! Please bro ❤
I love these kind of outlier stories.
trust me when you learn football on the streets nutmegging someone or delivering a beautiful pass is more special than scoring a goal, because in football anyone can score a goal, but not everyone can dribble or entertain on the pitch..and watching the todays football, the game needs players like him
One of the most beautiful episodes
I remember seeing him on debut and Gardner's reaction at 2:44 is exactly how everyone felt. Taarabt had the confidence of a lion and skills to back it up
amazing video. taarabt really could've been something special at milan
superb voiceover!
Taarabt was like a very special poem in the history book of football that every true lover of football can't but prize!
One of the best footballers from Morocco♨️👏
Daily dose of football uploaded lessgoooo i left my wife, kids and job just for this ❤❤
Can you do a video about Dondinho
893 goals in 775 matches
Capped 6 times for Brazil
He scored 5 headers in just one match.
He is so underrated and one of my favorite players of all time.
And he's Pelé's dad (PELE'S LITERAL DAD)
He should do a video about Dondinho ur right
Much love to him 🙌🤝❤️
Love this player, just amazing to watch.
You need to make a video on Griezmann's Redemption for the past 2 years
i discovered him in 2007 in pes 6.. great player
Please Can You Make A Video On Khvicha Kvaratskhelia❤
this man was something else
Make a video of Hatem Ben Arfa plz bro, that guy a misunderstood genius
I have always loved Taarabt 🔥🔥
I Remember him at ac milan coz I'm a fan..he showed tremendous skills even Balotelli recently said that technically he was even better than Neimar if Mario says so i believe him. Taraabt was definetly very very gifted.
In another universe Taarabt's statue stands outside the Emirates stadium with other Arsenal legends! Dude lit up the EPL like Asprilla.
He scored a total of 7 prem goals in 77 games. He was bad. You idiots just watch a flashing move and get excited like chimpanzees.
In another universe did he get more than 7 goals and 8 assists in 86 games lmfao
Please do Ngolo Kante next ❤
Him and Ben Arfa my two most favorite players
The definition of a streets will never forget
Saw him live at his best, what a player! Come on you Rrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Do a video on the Greek legend Vasili Hatsipanagis. He is still considered bg many to be the greatest Greek player and one of the greatest to have played the game. People would fill the stadiums only to watch him. The guy did things that only Maradona could do at that time. Hatsipanagis is the greatest player you have never heard off.
If only his attitude met his ability. He could have done so much more
who knows, maybe his mentality is exactly what drove his style of play
Loved to see him in my club Benfica 🙏🏾❤️ ...
Wasn’t he playing CDM there. The unlikeliest position he’d play but did well for a season from memory.
Benfica will never forget you ❤️
Daily dose of football always coming out with vids on players I’ve never heard but then making them seem as relevant as Messi or Ronaldo ❤
Berber players are blessed with talent, but also doomed with lack of motivation.
i would say doomed with hotheadedness & stubbornness instead
Yes, I agree
Unprofessionalism
Are there any more we might know.?
Berber players?
Other than Adel Taarabt there is:
- Zinedine Zidane (Kabyle Berber)
- Nordin Amrabat (Rif Berber)
- Sofyan Amrabat (Rif Berber)
- Achraf Hakimi (Probably mixed)
- Mustapha Hadji (Not sure what type of berber)
- Wissam Ben Yedder (Tunisian Berber)
- Karim Benzema (Kabyle Berber)
- Samir Nasri (Not sure what type of Berber)
- Hakim Ziyech (Rif Berber)
- Yacine Brahimi (Kabyle Berber)
- Ibrahim Afellay (Rif Berber)
- Munir El Haddadi (Rif Berber)
- Yassine Bounou (Rif Berber)
- Amine Adli (not sure if mixed or pure Berber)
There are obviously many more well known footballers of pure berber or mixed berber descent. And yes even Mbappe is half Berber, His mum is of Kabyle-Berber descent

As a Moroccan, I'm proud of Adel. He is a legend.
he gave taarabt the confidence he needed so taarabt got unlocked unfortunately nowadays it doesn't work like that
i think you should next do crysencio summerville
if you could do adrian mutu or cristian chivu it would be amazing, they are both very overlooked players
Mutu was class in his first season for Chelsea
Bro please do a Hatem Ben Arfa Video i think he had even way more potential to be on of the beste player ever In the world
He was my fav player at the time. Silky
for counter strike fans. there is something crazy, i got this crazy feeling about adel taarabt and ScreaM from csgo they have this crazy linke up, nutmegs/one taps- makes sense, they didnt achieve much in both careers but they would destroy anyone that faces them in the flashiest way possible, little that i rememberd that they are both called adel, and both moroccans, what a random thought
Please, I feel like it could be just a coincidence, but just in case, did you play a Voice Actor role in Metro (last light or redux?)
bro really started with TOMA TOMA TOMA TOMA!
You should make a video about the 1950s Torino team
During those years, Taarabt was always a "must-have" in my PES master league teams. I always wondered why he never was in a bigger club.
Because he wasn’t good enough to do it at the highest level. He was the Championship Ronaldinho.
I remember him from FIFA 15/16 he was such an OP 5* Skiller
Please do Lee Trundle.
Do one on benarfa
Do dybala next please 🙏
intentional nutmegs are impressive btw, im not a big fan of nutmegs btw as i see it as a major risk in real game play, and most nutmegs u see in real game players are accidental or semi-intent. it's very hard to do nutmeg especially a tactical nutmeg.
Next do Cabaye. The Mfrench Midfielder who played for Newcastle
L'histoire et la narration sont dignes d'un vrai film.
Faça um sobre o Vasilis Hatzipanagis
Wait why is everyone just talking abt adel taarabt?!
I’m rlly happy that everyone is now noticing how good he rlly was
The streets will never forget Adel Taarabt ❤️
that goal with the where he rolled the ball over with the side of his foot and nonchalantly finished with the outside of his foot along the ground is just pure beauty. #TheStreetsWillNeverForgetAdelTaarabt
I see why I keep seeing TikTok edits of this dude
We don't see players to even have 1% of that confidence to at least try anything like that, the best dribbling nowadays is sprint and passing behind, maybe a cut or a side step if a player is in a really good day
is there a video about the legendary edmundo before the tragic incident?
Can you do a video on Marko Marin please . He was called the next leo messi and after his move to chelsea he suddenly disappeared
I respect the ending
Time to make a vid about afcon soon
taking the captainship and giving to Joey Barton ooof
Can you make a video about abedi pele the best ghanian player OAT? Im not ghanian but i just wanna know about him and i dont see any videos about him.
I was 13 when Taarabt came in Ac Milan, that year was the first of a 8 year long downfall full of bad players and awful coaches, Milan's president Silvio Berlusconi started to destroy everything the year before selling thiago Silva and Ibra and replacing them with free agents, I was very sad to see a lot of bad players right after such Legends, Taarabt was a ray of light in the darkness, probably Milan downfall wouldn't have stopped even with him but at least it would have been fun to enjoy him playing
He reinvented himself at Benfica to a DMF and I saw him played couple times, he was a different player. But I do miss him.
A more defensive CM, sure. But he never played as a DMF.
I audibly gasped when Warnock named him captain😂
When are we gonna get a Bobby Charlton vid. 🙏❤️
First and what a player
