Sick Happens - Vicks Humidifiers

When sick happens, get relief with a Vicks Humidifier and Vicks VapoPads or VapoSteam. Vapo. Rest. Repeat.

Can anyone help I have this one but the buttons don't seem to work properly I can't turn it down more than 4 lines am I doing something wrong ?
