Since a lot of people are asking about the Far From Home finale, two things we factored in but didn't expressly write into the episode:
1. Across BOTH MCU movies, Peter's use of the Spider Sense is inconsistent, just like the other Spidermen. Writers tend to "forget" that it exists when they need to put Spider-Man in danger, and so sure, Tom Holland ends the movie having "mastered" the sense, but we have no evidence that he'll be able to continue using it from this point forward (and we guessed he probably won't, because it'll make him too OP if he can predict EVERY move headed his way). We have to go by what we've seen...and his sense up until the end of FFH hasn't been great.
2. Yes, he "masters" the Spider Sense at the end, but is it giving him faster reactions times? He's able to SEE THROUGH THE ILLUSIONS of Mysterio...which helps him avoid bullets and avoid the gun...but his REACTION TIME is still on par with the other Spidermen (at least when it comes to avoiding LOTS of bullets, which they all can do). It gave him better intuition. So again, largely a wash when compared to the other portrayals of the character.
Don't get me wrong...Tom Holland is my FAVORITE Spider-Man. But FFH didn't give us the confidence that the Spider Sense was that much better than anyone else's. As such, when it comes to power set, in our estimation, Miles in Spiderverse still wins.
But like I said, it's a theory. There are TONS of ways to analyze the question. I'm really enjoying reading everyone's thoughts on the issue -- keep 'em coming!

The Film Theorists I love y’alls channel but I have one thing to say about the battle royal. Instant kill webs.
Would EDITH count as a suit? Because if it just counts as a gadget then drones would be pretty useful for this fight, especially those that can turn invisible. Plus instant kill is on his normal suit, not just the iron spider one.
Eitheir way, tom holland's spider-man didn't deserve last place since he had mastered his "peter tingle" and we don't have enough proof to say if he will still have it or not, but i believe he will keep his powers mastered, since they will be important in the next movie againt the Sinister 6 (a theory that i believe it will happen)

I just realized something, the Peter B. Parker in "into the spider verse" has mechanical web shooters and not organic. So its not technically the same guy
When I first watched Into The Spider verse, I thought that Toby's Spiderman was the one who died early in the film because he acknowledged everything in the trilogy so Peter B as Toby makes no sense to me.
Not the same Spider-Man as Toby but is very similar.

For some strange reason, nobody ever acknowledges the scene from the end of Spider-Man 2, where Peter holds up the giant metal wall, then proceeds to THROW IT over his head. I feel like that is a considerable feat of strength that just get's flat out ignored by everyone

Even though this theory is good in some parts there are errors.
1. With the web shooters Tom only used his normal web-slinging and gliding. Even with more options he does not use them. (Also, Tom's gliding did not look to be much faster than regular swinging, though correct me if I am wrong.)
2. With Tobey's train scene the train kept on accelerating past 80, with top speeds between a transportation train being 125-150mph most likely the train was going at least 100+. Also, the train was not just at one speed and was pulled to be slowed down, it was trying to also speed up. (Proof: We only got to see it at 80 but the bar clearly was rising past it toward the last frames.)
3. With Andrew saving the people from Electro you forgot to include the distance and reaction between him saving the people and dealing with the car.
4. Tom can fight with his eyes closed (proven from FFH final fight scene.) That makes Miles Morale's invisibility useless against him.
Otherwise, I am pretty sure everything else can be backed up by what you said.

with no way home and infinity war, we know tom holland’s sense is more of his head telling him to move or that theres something dangerous near. in infinity war, the reason he was the most scared while blipping was because his head was screaming at him that there was danger, but peter didn’t know what it was and how to stop it.

Tom definitely takes Spider Sense now, he’s the only one to sense that Norman was Goblin.
He sensed that something bad was about to happen and honostly imo he is still the worst in terms of spider sense because he is the only one to get that type of scene out of all the spider-men, I would also say that NWH shows that Tobey is stronger than Tom since he stops Tom from impailing Norman

i think that would be classified as part of the iron spider suit, which was established wouldnt be accounted for in this (as lets face it, tom hollands regular suit is so outfitted by stark, to have any of the other tech would make it far too easy)
I feel like ham has a chance though, his confrontation with the live actions would go one of two ways. Either the wacky cartoon logic applies and ham is guarenteed the win or because hams in the real world he plays by it’s rules, in which case the other spidermen will be serving him up for dinner

Peter B Parker, went threw a nasty divorce, and we see that Toby's wedding ability is affected by his emotions in Spider-Man 2, maybe that's why.
While Peter B does use mechanical webshooters like Tom's, the webs are at least as powerful assuming he did the train stopping thing Tobey and RIPeter did
and everything has come full circle
In NWH, I think the strength of Tom Holland's spider sense is heavily supported.
1. In Spider-verse, the Spider sense is represented by these little squiggles around the Spider-Man's head. When Strange pushes Peter out of his physical body, you can see those same squiggles around his head (they're a bit hard to see because they're clear, but you can see them). It allows him to dodge Strange insanely quickly. I like to think this is his spider sense is at his best because his soul (his emotions, his hesitation, ect.) is separated from his actual physical body. It's like Jarvis from Age of Ultron. He was stopping Ultron from obtaining nuclear codes without even knowing it. He still *existed* as a program but his intelligence was "killed" or "dismantled" per se. It's the same for Tom. His intelligence was separated from his body but his reflexes, his "spider sense" is still in his fully functioning brain.
2. In another scene where Tom is working on the cure for Green Goblin, his spider sense is obviously warning him about something, but as explained in Homecoming, Tom has trouble focusing. Especially against multiple people (I think). His spider sense is warning him constantly about threats but it's hard for him to focus on which one is most important. It's why his suits eyes are the way they are. They're like binoculars in a way.
In No Way Home, it's obvious he detects the threat. It's clear that his spider sense is working, but he's in a room full of super villains. He can't tell where it's coming from until he closes his eyes and focuses on it entirely.
I think the reason he's so disorganized when in battle is because he's still young. He's still technically a kid. His attention in battle is constantly drawn from one thing to the next, and it's hard for him to focus until the danger is right behind him. (Like in Captain America Civil War when Caps shield nearly hits him in the back of the head. In a more relaxed situation, I'm sure he would've been able to dodge it far quicker than he did)
In conclusion, I think this makes Tom's Spider sense is far superior than Andrew's and Tobey's (probably right on par with someone like Miles Morales). It's not just a "better than average reflex", it's an alert system. It's an alarm. It helps him detect danger even when he's technically not in it. Even though his Spider Sense in infinity war doesn't activate until the ship is basically right behind him, it activates far earlier than it would for Tobey or Andrew, and maybe even Miles. It activates long before he's directly in the line of fire, which in a way, makes it a lot more useful.
I think a fully adult and fully realized MCU Spider-Man would win in a Spider Man battle royal against the big three. His spider sense along with his quick thinking and experience would be able to help him come out on top.
I'm not exactly that knowledgeable when it comes to this kinda stuff so please let me know if I got something wrong.
Not to mention that the threat he detected with the Green Goblin was a personality shift before it happened which is literally impossible since we can only detect that after it happens so he was able to do the impossible

Yeah, but it didn't make him able to, say, predict movements, or see a few seconds in the future, like some iterations of the spider sense have, and it definitely won't stop electricity, especially since his power seems inconsistent. Even at the end, he only is able to do it for a few seconds at best.

About the boat vs the train scene, you gotta remember how much webbing they used to complete the hold. Tom Spiderman had to use over a hundred to do it for 6 seconds and still fail. Tobey Spider-Man only used 14 to bring the train to a COMPLETE stop without outside help. Remember the webbing in homecoming is taking 90%of the ACTUAL strain of the act here, unlike Spider-Man 2 where Tobey Spiderman is the complete anchor holding the webbing to get the strain to stop. So 10% is 3100000 for 6 seconds which is still pretty impressive.
Another thing is that the only reason he actually failed is because he missed a web. Otherwise, he would have pulled the ferry together and had his webs keep it working

You talked about mcu!Spidey's Spider sense from the example given in ffh, but considering it's mcu, you also need to take the fight in Captain America: Civil War into account. Spider-man gets onto a beam on the ceiling of the airport, and says 'oh god' and ducks to dodge the sign thrown at him by Bucky without once turning around, clearly showing off the Spider sense. Yes, the example in IW was very late, but the Spider sense exists to alert Peter of danger right before it happens. When the ship entered the Earth's orbit there wasn't really any danger yet, the real danger started when the fight did.
I believe that the modern movies stretch the dramaticness of the abilities more than the previous movie

The Ferry feat is only multiplying the mass by gravity, but the water has a normal oposite force to gravity in surface, and also the density of water stops the objects to sink(the buoyancy effect). Stops something to sink requires a lot less force than lifting it
