    When you said you felt pressure and heaviness - that was a perfect description! I’m exactly 4 weeks post op and I still have this feeling when I first stand up, but it lessens every day. What I’m feeling now is the numbing wearing off which feels weird - like when your hand or foot falls asleep and you get that “pins and needles” feeling.

      Work out. Eat good. You'll see results slowly but surely. People who get surgery & don't keep up the work end up with the same body they had anyways. It's absolutely disgusting that people are encouraging the most dangerous surgery out there.

      Have you tried working out & eating good ? Most people that get lipo end up with the same body a few years later because they keep eating bad & can't maintain their figure. Losing weight isn't overnight. It takes extreme self discipline to endure a healthy & safe lifestyle. The natural route will always be rip ter.

      @@mermaidmelissa3112 Almost all of our patients have tried working out and dieting - and they continue to do so during their lipo journey. Unfortunately, diet and exercise cannot spot treat stubborn areas that make us self conscious so we're excited to offer a solution.

    Thinking about getting a 360 done, but I fear the recovery process/length. My job is demanding, not sure how long it'll take me to recovery and get back to work. I eat as healthy as possible, I religiously go to the gym, but my fat is stubborn!

    The problem with liposuction that is it people out here working hard eating food & dedicating hours at the gym & here come people that eat junk food & have unhealthy eating habits cheating through the hard work. It Is cheating. I have worked so hard on the body that I have. I guess some people just want an easy way out that money can pay for. Liposuction doesn't make you healthy & it promotes unhealthy beauty standards. But to each their own.

      Thank you for your comment Jennifer but the people we serve usually HAVE tried everything and genetics hold them back from feeling as confident as can be - our procedure comes with a big lifestyle change: cutting salt, alcohol, any junk food, and exercise beginning days after surgery.
      We appreciate your hard work and dedication to wellness but we do not tolerate bullying other peoples decisions.

      @mermaidmelissa3112 Před rokem

      @@suzyq263 It's also very sad that people are choosing a quick fix when workout out & changing your diet is also possible. I am not against surgery, I'm against people choosing a quick fix. I've lost 40 pounds over the last 3 years through hard work, dedication, and patience. Not to mention how dangerous liposuction is. But to each their own. I'm happy that you feel better about yourself & hopefully you can keep up the lifestyle to maintain your figure.

      @@morena6371 I'm sure you eat bad. Have never set foot in the gym. Let's see how long your liposuction results lasts with the same lifestyle that got you to get liposuction to begin with.
      Women would rather pay 8k than put the work in. The same women that cheated will be the ones with chronic diseases later on as they get old & there are no quick fixes to chronic diseases. .
