Were you told to lose weight before your surgery? That's what I was told because of visceral fat underneath. I want to cry. lol
@@StopSelfDoubting I wasn’t told to lose weight by a doctor but I want the best possible results so my goal is to get under 200 lbs before booking my surgery. I’m currently at 225

You look awesome! My appt is on October 5th. Question, did they tell you to lose some weight first before your surgery for the best results? I was told there would be a noticeable bulge in my abdomen because of visceral fat underneath. I could've had my surgery on July 5th but was advised to lose at least 20 lbs first.
No, she did not need to lose weight before the appt. We can operate on someone up to 42 BMI. However, we do suggest patients begin eating healthy because the sooner you begin the better your results will be.
Wow. That’s pretty disappointing. I don’t know why I was told that. I had already started eating better and working out. The plan was to get the Abex and continue my routine there after.

I just received mind 4 days ago and relieve I’m bruised near my private and around my side what can I do for this I think I should went walking please help my left side keep burning
Keep the compressions garment on and stay active! The bruising and swelling will go down over the next month but if you are finding abnormal pain that tylenol doesnt help, please call your center
How long did it take the swelling and numbness to go down?
It looks like 3-4 months
What is the recovery like in the pain and how long does it take to heal?
You're back up and walking the same day, but most people take about 5-7 days off of work, though you are told to continue walking/moving around the home normally during this time :) From there, swelling usually is the biggest annoyance and will continue to go down for 3-6 months to see full results!

So you didn’t have any other surgery? In 6 months looks like your butt and hips grew which is a plus for me.

3-5 Days until youre back to regular activities but 1-2 weeks before you're feeling "normal" but of course everyone is different
