    Why not provide a link to the quick start guide? How do you install the SD Card?

      We will have a QSG within the camera box. You can have a look. And here is a picture of the SD card slot. (point 1)imgur.com/jJ7QWYA

    I have the POE version. Mounting the camera 2 meters above the ground is not very good from a security point, anyone can just move or remove the camera. It would be better to increase the vertical FOV so that we could mount the camera higher off of the ground and still be able to have a usable viewing area. Also, I agree with all of the other reviews that the mount is really limited in its articulation. It would be nice if Reolink would offer current owners a free replacement when the mount is properly redesigned.

      Thank you for your suggestions on the vertical FOV. We will record your demand.

    I had to drill out holes in the brackets so that I could use 3/16th inch Tapcons into concrete block.

    Do you need to keep ether etc cable connected somewhere

    • @ReolinkCameras

      You can choose the network cable to connect the camera with the router (the network will be more stable this way ) or use a WIFI connection.

    Can I use the solar panel with this one??

    • @ReolinkCameras
      @ReolinkCameras  Před 2 lety

      No, it is WiFi wired version.
      The two cameras are OK with solar panel: reolink.com/product/reolink-duo/ and reolink.com/product/reolink-duo-4g/.

    I have this camera, but just had to change my router wifi password. How do I update it on this wifi camera? I tried updating it through the Reolink app, but it isn't working. I can remotely upgrade the new wifi password via the app for all my older Reolink cameras but is there no option to do this for this new camera?
    please don't tell me i have to dismantle the long metal mounts i painstakingly fished the wires through. Please please tell me there is an easy fix.
