I had done a lot of research and landed on Reolink security camera system. Naturally I wanted a doorbell in the same system. Unfortunately the installation method does not work in Europe, where we tend to have houses with thick brick walls. Why no battery powered option? Order canceled and search start for another security system. Shame.

I got a question about the 4k 16 camera base unit, about the icons that pop up on screen, I know the pawprint means animal, and the one that shows a car, but what is the round icon, the blue dot?

Pls reolink give a efficient android app . Im fedup with ur app . Theres no forward or backward button in playback its just a basic thing i dont know how ur developer team doesn't give this. Dont ask me to contact ur support team. Pass this by urself. Give refresh button

G'day, Is making an "unboxilg" video about these one of the requirements??? Its hard enough just editing and ulpoading the CCTV to CZcams. Having said that, I know the local Police will love the footage this new camera will provide. I can't wait for mine to arrive, I got the "Aus" chime in the mail a couple of days ago so it must be getting closer now.

My E1 zoom and E1 pro connected at first, and i watched them from my phone for like 30 seconds each, and now they just do not connect. Why is there a password on each device? It seems like when i used a different one only one camera worked. Why is the connection so bad? My ring cams are working fine and the new one i installed was easy but the reolink stuff both thag i just bought and that i have from years ago are both doing horrible at keeping an internet connection. What do I do?

outdated info - comments below have been telling you this is outdated for more than 7 months no update... Edit: As of July 2024 it's possible to find app passwords by using the search bar in the "manage your google account" page, typing "app password" and selecting it from the drop down results.

My Duo 2 WiFi does not have a hookup for a LAN cable. I am trying to set the camera up but it will not scan the bar code on my phone. Any suggestions? I did turn the power button on and put an SD card in the slot

I add the nvr in the app and I was able to see all cameras when I am on the same wifi network the nvr is on. however, when i try to access the cameras on my celluar network, the connections always failed. any ideas how to solve it?

I have 3 Riolink DVR systems and none of the cameras work RIGHT, it only comes thru screetching or inaudiable, DO YOU KNOW WHY????

What I really want is a Reolink app for Roku and\or Firestick. There have been countless times I simply want to check a camera and it would be helpful to be able to watch it on large screen rather on a tiny smartphone.

Great cameras! I have 3 of these in my situation and it covers some large areas, I use these with 4 tracker cameras they make a great combination.

Do Not Buy Reolink Products Without Reading This I spent nearly £450 on Reolink products during Amazon Prime Day. After hours of setup, I discovered my NVR doesn’t support cameras above 5MP due to old hardware (H3MB02). Reolink suggested buying a new NVR with a small discount, which isn't fair. I requested a replacement but might have to return everything and switch providers. Be aware of these issues before buying.

I already had a Reolink NVR and several other products in my ecosystem. Reolink's technical support informed me that the issue is due to my NVR's hardware (H3MB02) being an older system. They suggested that I buy a new NVR and offered a small discount if I purchased it directly from Reolink, which would likely be more expensive than buying it on Amazon. I don't think this is a fair solution. I have requested Reolink to replace my NVR, which isn't that costly for them, but would make a significant difference for me. Can I still use method #2 if I have 9 cameras plugged into a 16 port poe switch? And also will this method affect my internet speeds or bandwidth? 9 cameras to 16 port POE switch to router to RLN16-410 NVR? Thank you!

I bought a Reolink doorbell. The ringtone is too quiet, do something about it. In a tiny apartment, maybe that's enough, but I have a big house and I can't hear the bell.

I wish you can do an exact video comparison of the black vs white, to see the aspect differences.
