Can I set the "Argus Track" up the backup footage to an external hard drive automatically ?

Can be achieved by building up an FTP server and set up the camera for FTP uploading.

These cameras suck. Mine died in less then a year. Reolink's website troubleshooting is never helpful. It always assumes the user is an idiot. It couldn't' possibly a problem with hardware, software, etc., right?
