Curd - ½ cup
Eno - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Rock Salt - as per taste
For Tempering
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp

Why do in indian recipes some add Eno to the food ? What good does it do? Does t it spoil the taste ?
