I don't know how to measure my transformation progress as I was really overweight 109 kgs a year ago... I simply lost 20 kgs with home diet and home workouts.. throughout the year... I joined gym recently 45 days ago to regain my muscle mass and yes I'm gaining a lot of muscles but still there is a lot of fat over them... I want to get rid of fat without to much cut in my protein intake as I grew my biceps from 12 inches to 15 inches in 45 day, lost waist 2 inches , but thighs are tight and chest is not going...
