No. His bendings are sour, his vibratos are stressed and no feeling, also sounds like his guitar isn't even properly intonated, and he plays way off keys in even simple slower parts...proves he playes faster than he can really master. It sounds horrible.

Louis has been slowly gaining popularity pretty much since he started, and has enjoyed a good few years in the mainstream with most people loving him. I respect Rusty Cooley but he's pretty much always going to be at the same niche level of popularity.

No contest, Rusty kills Yngwie, much more speed, much faster attack, and about 100 less pounds. Scale knowledge doesn't have correlation to speed and technique, something Cooley has over Malmsteen in hoards.
