    Considering most people don't have the money for good night vision or even have it, I think it's a nice starter. Yes the light will be a problem, but you will most likely spot the average person first before they see the light.

    I like them. Bought them about 6 or 7 months ago. Works pretty good.

    I baught mine at wallmart for $200. They work very well. I don't have any complaints really. I walked outside about 10 pm Saturday night and wached some deer and coyotes. I don't see how a person could spot me first before I seen them. There a good tool for shtf.

    Excellent review! Always enjoy your videos. I have a monocular but this is a newer better alternative. Keep making videos. We are watching even though we might not always comment. You are doing a great service that most would not.

    I just ordered them. They should be here Sunday, I'm so excited!! I got them to see the owl that lives somewhere in a tree in my yard and the turkeys, coyotes and whatever else I hear moving in my woods at night. I used your link to order them so I hope it gives you a little something. Thanks for the review :)

      @@tropicalfruitful1105 I am pleased with it. For looking around the house to check on things it's perfectly adequate. Don't expect Mil grade. Two things, it makes a low hum, I contacted the Manufacture and was told it was a diode, normal. I've experienced this with other electronics as well. Also, use only good batteries as it draws a lot of power, cheap batteries don't last. All reviews I read were good so I recommend this product. Hope this was helpful and good luck, storms coming.

    My 100v works very well since i did a mod on it, i could not feel the nobs in the dark and also with gloves on. SO i have cut some plastic pipe off a length about 10mm in length, then cut that in half so as to give me 2 ( ) shapes. Glued them on the 100v so as to find the outer nobs, the on/off the same but kept the plastic as a circle. Hope you can understand my mod.

    Certainly looks better than a Predator's vision. Of course they have a wicked helmet that goes with it.

      don’t buy it’s bad use analog night vision it’s better than digital but more expensive analog doesn’t need refresh rate but analog works by AMPLIFING light instead of a camera sensor

    Is it possible for human eyes to see the IR illuminator when it on its highest level?

  • @chuckleskie
    @chuckleskie Před 2 lety +1

    There is no way I can afford real night vision like the military uses. So I would have to either use digital or none at all. It is my opinion that most amateur burglars would have no idea what that IR light is if they saw it and most neighborhood crackheads who break into houses don't have their own night vision. In that case I think these would work. I would not use them against professional Stormtroopers but then again I have an encountered any
