I much prefer to see everybody's cam all the time. The crew has great banter and interaction so I simply love to watch them being themselves as they play. Also, to see them plot and think adds to the experience of the gameplay. Besides, the popping of the cams gets distracting.

I really like this change that people's facecams are actually not displayed while they're not talking, so you can see handsizes and stuff. I'm sure it's a lot more work to edit this way, but I think it's definitely worth it & really adds to the video!

  • @Balderdashes

You just know Phil cut a reanimation target for Portal and is immediately paying for it at the start of game 2

  • @AustinTipper

Totally agree with the one ring house ban, think it’s way to powerful and feel like most weeks it’ll be more warping than the other house banned cards like sol ring

  • @rickymccann3506

Im definitely down for keeping game 1s like this in the final release of the video

I didn't know Magic Online would allow you to use the Nephilim as commanders.

I dislike the popping facecams as they don't cover any relevant information (apart from hp) so hiding them is just showing more of the bad colors MTGO has.

  • @sunstrid3r44

For me the new cams are super distracting (but maybe i will get used to it with time) , and i like seeing the faces while they are thinking and ploting

  • @Snargglecraft

Niutuk- your editing of the first game is really good! You did a great job cutting out the chaff while keeping the banter and relevant gameplay. Definitely a good way to speed games up if there’s a two-game episode!

  • @dragonmaster47

I like keeping the first game because it gives context, it's fun to know, and stats episode lol.

"There is a limit to my degeneracy" is by far my favorite Phil quote so far

I've said it before but the intro is so good now. I love not having the entire surprise spoiled at the start. Its fun to be surprised as new things are drawn and played.

Great episode, now that magic online has custom rulesets Id love to see you do another no banlist commander or at least altered banlist, I’ve enjoyed your banlist podcasts in the past and I’d like to see what you’d do with it now

  • @aidanjones6105

Definitely prefer seeing all the face cams at once, love watching everyone’s reactions during parts of the game. Feels more natural

  • @seandun7083

If you do this again, I would love to see the Lorwyn elemental Incarnations (guile, hostility, vigor, etc)

  • @headhunterhades3816

I’ve always agreed that these cards should’ve been legendary. If someone rolls up to my table and wants to play one as their commander I let them, so long as they then act like the card has the legend text on them. Ie, no copying them with normal spells or reanimating them with cards that explicitly say “can’t target legendary creatures”, can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Surprise Niuttuc at the start is 11/10.

  • @dannyhightower2712

I am in the camp of keeping the cams on screen. I do like watching everyone reaction as they all play. When they flash in and out my brain gets distracted. Top notch editing as always. We appreciate you!

  • @Rogue_Biologist

I actually love being able to see all the cameras at the same time, means you catch a lot of reactions to things. The cameras constantly flashing in and out was distracting too
