Look good buddy .. I use to buy dried chick peas & boil them & add flavour while they simmered … then when cool I froze them ..caught plenty fish on them … cheers Chris & Sam

I still use dried ones now, soak in the water with the flavouring, then boil till cooked and leave in the water till cold. I use the water to mix with my ground bait.
Best results are chilli/curry powder the hotter the better👍

Have only just started experimenting with chickpeas. Have found that, if the skin is off they tend to split in half fairly easily. Definitely going to try the baking method and see what happens.

Definitely worth doing...
Be careful what Chick Peas you use..
The Tesco ones I find the best as they are slightly harder than most other varieties 👍

@@cookiesfishingcapers9299 Sadly no Tesco within a few thousand kms of me 🙂 But got Lidl and Aldi close enough. Definitely going to experiment with a few different types.

Love these kind of vids mate would it be possible to dry them off with a hairdryer and maybe harden them off in the microwave or not and is it a problem to leave the skin's on let us know how you get on.
