Love the wheel setup by the way, adds greatly to the aggressive look. That shows up at the cook off and everyone will quit goofing around, having fun. Reminds everyone to quit f’n around sh**s about to go down, better get to work, second place is just the lead looser.
really cool build .. my only concern would be for the tires being so close to the smoke box.. If it were me might make some heat shield fenders to put on it just as a safe guard, and could add some more flair to the over all outfit.. but pretty cool as is..
Awesome build. What did it cost to build? The pipe alone is probably 2k or more. What did it sell for? At least 15k? If I had to put a price on It would i probably start there. Anyways outstanding video.
The baffle plate you have by the fire box? Does that help with even heat and maximize the cooking area?? And does that hurt the flow. Great video and best looking pit around.
We get more consistent temps with the baffle design. We have not found that it restricts the flow at all. Thanks for the comment and compliments. Cheers.
@@boathousesmokers2336 thank you so much for the reply and be safe. Keep those beautiful pits coming and don’t be afraid to venture off course a bit. Like the baffle you never know what your going to find.
That is a sick pit but I’ll bet you that is gonna cost about 10 or 12 grand for someone to buy those tires of loan are probably 2000 but still crazy ass pit. I love that one.
It’s cool the way you’re doing it but what is with the other end and why are you putting brackets like that for the shelves? It’s gonna block the grease you’re gonna have to have two different drains and then that means there won’t be a drop so the grease goes to one side.
I only have one complaint, I don’t like how it “pulls” rolls. It really looks like it needs to crawl instead, grasping the cold earth with its indiscriminate piercing talons with each unholy step. Can you make it do that instead? Lol, awesome work, my one word comment …..Badassery!!!
Amazing craftsmanship! I watched the whole video and it was satisfying seeing it come together. Dream pit.

Where did you get the swivel mechanism for the pull handle part? I'm trying to build one but can't seem to find that anywhere!
What is that swivel mechanism on your front axle?

Awesome work! What's the lead time on this pit?
Depends on location. Typically 8-10 weeks
What's your website and contact information?
What kind of sealant are you using for the firebricks in the firebox?
Exactly what I was thinking...
Is the firebox and smoker chamber a propane tank or just a pipe?
Its 3/8 wall 24" pipe.
