This camp is insane. Basically NOP/BTC in Kenya. Super underrated. They're going to break so many records in the next few years!

Except it is on a much higher level than btc/nop. Not only do they do this in the middle of nowhere with limited tech, unlike BTC basically living in Nike campus, but no one except for maybe Ahmed could keep up with the training they are doing. And definitely not super underrated (Kipchoge, Kamrawor, Wanders, Cheptegei).

the real challenge - wake up early, train, eat, read books and sleep. here we are conditioning our mind by being physically and mentally focused and active
