I had not cried for a very long time until I watched this documentary. I guess it is because I ve witnessed like them those challenges. I ran bare footed in Chemwania when I was I still young. I am no athlete now but I want to be positive like them in where I am so that I can do some thing for my people one day. Thank u kiprotich and cheptegei
It is all about the philosophy, if you follow it, whatever field you are in, you will succeed. Please watch Eluids Oxford Union talk, it inspired me! I got all A*s in my A-Levels in Maths Further Maths and Physics and now I am going to train in Oxford as an engineer. I was terrible at maths but always wanted to be an engineer, Eluid's talk changed my life, please watch it! All the best Solimo and God's speed!

I was in Kween District/Kapchorwa last year and witnessed the athletes first hand. I was very impressed with the training and dedication of the athletes doing their routines every day. One stopped and talked to us one afternoon after doing hill repeats and it was very cool being able to talk to him. I wish the Uganda running teams the best!
Love the sense of simple life of those Athletes guided by God & faith, love their sense of community, love their sense of purpose, hard work to pursuit greatness in a humble way, I love the purpose of a mission to accomplish & achieve it. Amazing video NN Running Team, as always
I think the American coaches have a lot to learn.
It's so refreshing to see pro athletes with this level of humility and respect toward themselves and others.
Their faith in the Lord as they run inspires me to run unto God’s glory.

Amen. We give Jehovah God all Glory and Thanks for the running gene He endowed the people of Kalenjin.... Sebei, Kipsigis, Keiyo, Nandi, Tugen, Terik.....amazes me. Forever grateful to God.
Its in our DNA. am 83kgs not even a runner but able to run a mile faster than many 70kg guys and i dint even grow up in kapchorwa....
It is more motivating for upcoming runners as well as coaches🔥🔥🔥🔥

I think East Africa should just be one country....Uganda is exactly like Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania. Imagine how we could demolish these sports as one nation.
