On this podcast there is always so much value that you can get out of each conversation. Taylor always brings someone on that really brings some good knowledge to the table and also gives real life examples of what life is in not only business, but with family and life in general. Running a business is hard but running a construction company is even harder. Having a work life balance is huge but as you said, it’s the legacy that you want to carry on generation after generation. I’m starting my own legacy with my own experiences and excavation business as well as being the first to be active duty military in my family and retire from it. I’ve learned one thing from my military experience and that’s just to continue to strive on and make shit happen!
