The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. A few of the insights I gained from listening to Emma and Jay:
    ✴Never stay in your lane☺
✴Be kind, it costs so little to be kind yet goes a long way💞
    ✴Live with gratitude🙏
✴Don't be too afraid of failure, step out and do things anyway💪
✴Don't waste time/energy worrying about decisions already made. Make the decision, then make it work!🌟
✴Be the best at whatever you do, even if it's serving tables✴

Until today, I had never heard of Emma Grede😮 This woman is absolutely amazing! Her story and journey is real and yet extraordinary. Her words hit me in a place that Is it only understood if you come from a certain place and even though she's from across the pond the system and environment/community that held her but that she needed to be released from resonates so much with my story🤯 her truths are so profound and her ability to simplify and share those truths in a way that is positive and not a woe is me story is a gift for me and everyone listening to this podcast. I love her energy, her voice, and her humility. But then there's this level of confidence, drive, passion, I'm not taking no for an answer and you're not taking anything from me power that she exudes even through this podcast!! While watching this I didn't know whether to cry or laugh.... But I extremely proud of her resilience and level of gratitude that she has even at her level - amazing! Emma thank you for sharing your story and your glory. Jay thanks for your efforts to bring her to your podcast cuz it has been a blessing 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

One of those “I need to go on CZcams and see the enthusiasm of this” type podcast.
All of this resonates with my soul:
“Make a decision and move on.”
This gave me the activation boost I needed to make necessary actions.

This is soooo good, never heard of her and I am hooked now. I would want to be her friend. She's so grounded. It's nice to see a business woman, wife, mother and simply dope human. Loved that she said something near and dear to my heart " I am everything/all the things"

I still love my LV reverse monogram *esluxscom* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Love the idea of the thirds. It can definitely seem like if you’re not completely overjoyed during the entire entrepreneurial process, that maybe you’re not cut out for it. It’s reassuring to hear that yeah misery is a third of it because the feeling is real.

I did not know much about Emma-outside of GA and Shark Tank-before this conversation. As a Black woman entrepreneur who has worked with Black women entrepreneurs for almost 15 years I appreciated this conversation greatly. I’d heard of 15% Pledge and appreciate Emma’s advocacy. Greta interview. This was my first time watching anything by Jay as well. Well done conversation

This interview was incredibly powerful and I LOVED it! However I do have to acknowledge some inconsistencies- at the beginning of the interview Emma said her mother always taught her “you are not better than anyone but also no one is better than you” she said based off that she’s never had imposter syndrome or doubted herself but then multiple times throughout the interview she mentions her self doubt holding her back/having a crippling fear her having a fear of what others think due to her not having a formal education. We’re all human it’s perfectly normal to not always have our confidence at 100%…

Her points about tending to yourself, our position next to, not in competition with, others, the human tendency to project onto others, how we can criticize ourselves more than we criticize others or they criticize us, knowing the voices in your head as tools to use to your benefit...im cookin!! ❤🔥🍳 The grace and beauty and LIFE she exudes is reassuring as this is who imagine myself to be in my heart of hearts. Loooovee this conversation!

This interview is just a blessing to my ears. Being an African woman where we are taught to only have as dream being a married woman, as far as O remember, I always believed since i Was 12 years old, that I can gbe ambitious, have a career, family and it all, it just takes the right partner, a very good organisation. From the fact that Emma dropped out of school and did all of these jobs, we have here a prime example of real life challenges. I am a big advocate of going far when it comes to school as I really believe real change comes from the laws and school will most of the Time, give you that place at the table where laws are written, but never consider yourself half human because you couldn’t finish school. All is within you, you have something, that is unique, just shape it and work, remain focus, and then it is all happen. Thank you to these two for this episode.
