    Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
    He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

    So back in the days when I was still able to do squats (cant anymore because of my back), I was pretty happy with a deep squat with only knee wraps of 200 kg. But looking at your completely effortless 200 kg squat, I'm not so sure anymore..... Its a light warmup for you.... jeezzz....

    Hi. If you workout deadlift 2 times a month and squats 2 time a month. Do you do workout back and legs 2 times a month or you put workouts in without deadlift and squats for back and legs?

    Impressive squatting..... you never have a spotter or safeties. If you did fail, can you chuck the SS bar backwards. I would be worried about the handles catching my neck or shoulders?

      @@TheHixxy1985 I do get it, I was thinking of my old bones using the SS.
      Although the weight is super impressive, you never look near your maximum. This phase of lifting is working out well for sure. Really enjoying watching the progress, and excited to see where you finish.
