ABOUT
Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

I think a lot of newer lifters and strongmen/women could benefit from really paying attention to how you are able to have a very long term view of your strength goals and being happy with where you are at any given time. class.

Im saying 12 times seen during the workout. Reason being that when it got fully blocked from view then reappeared as people stepped out the way, technically, it's a new sighting 😅.

I have every confidence in u , u look so comfortable deadlifting . Ur form looks very efficient and when the weight goes up ur form still looks bang on . I hope u stay injury free as i believe that is the only thing that can stop u hitting 505 💪😉👍

The problem with haribos is you buy them in bulk for a snack at the gym and cant help yourself then end up eating half a kilo a day
