Oh that was excellent. Glad you popped up on my feed. I am 63 years old and have worked out my entire life. I’ve had 2 ankle replacements on my right ankle and can no longer do squats or lunges. About a year ago I went through some trauma and didn’t care any longer of taking care of
My body and I gained 30 pounds. Been hard to get back into to. Saw this tonight and did the entire 16 minutes without a problem other than the one squat one so I just continued the waking part. Thank you for encouraging us while you worked out with us. Awesome.

I’ve missed working out with you too.
Lots going on. My sister had a bone marrow transplant last year and she lives in another state and she had to have a knee replacement surgery. So she rescheduled it and I went to see her and help her on her recovery for 10 days. I came home and my precious four year old cat had to have emergency surgery. They didn’t go well and I had to put her to sleep , I got the flu and bronchitis. I think I’m ready for some good stuff to happen.😅

@@coachangels Have you ever tried to workout along Eurythmics songs? For instance, Missionary Man, Thorn in My Side, Sweet Dreams (are made of this) are powerful and hugely rythmical, I remember I used to play them on the purpose of training back then.
