i am an aerobics instructor to 5 generations in my resort - about 30 folks 4 mornings a week - i use your style music (i am 68) and some of your moves. great videos. sometimes its hard to come up with all new moves each day. :)
Thanks so much for a fun video. Because I’m 69 the music speaks to me. I made a couple of adjustments in the workout. First, because I always conveniently forget to do abdominals I added standing crunches to the kick. Second, my left knee complains sometimes so I have to do the kick back with my feet only a few inches apart. Also, because of my age I cool down. Thank you so much for remembering to alternate sides for the jazz square. I plan to explore other videos of yours.
