You said it before me. Cause I was about to say something similar. Cause for some reason I started feeling worried about something. I don't even know what. Like I did something wrong. I work in a shop and I have a bad habit of being way too inside my head and overthrowing things and sometimes messing things up. Though in reality I don't make a lot of terrible mistakes. Watching this made me realize that yeah I'll be over it. And I need to stop worrying about whatever whatever. Someone out there has it worse but ultimately we'll all meet the same fate

It is very important to know why and what are we believing in. Because it will effect in our everything. Example, what we believe about life after death, or God or in religion will make a huge effect on our mentality and we judge, think, do works, behave etc by our mentality. So, our believe means a big thing in our life. That's why this believe should not be done just because we are told to believe in that or not be done easily. It is our duty that be believe with proper reasons and with no doubts.
This is my explanation to believe 'Why and in what'.....

So, everything is created. But if we imagine the chain of created things it will always go on and on. That's why there is something needed that have to be created by nothing, that thing that have created everything, the ultimate creator that have created by nothing. That is the thing that I call God or Allah.
We don't know much about how he is there or how he is made, because we don't have any direct contact with him, because he doesn't want us to have that and want us to figure out by using his given most powerful thing our brains. This doesn't have that much proper explanation. We can find it in the way our brains are designed to find answers from our problems, the way that nature and everything is created tells us that they are created or made by something.
This thing is way more easy to understand than to get to know what religion is right. Every religion have many problems of believing in it too. There are hundred types of believes in one religion also.
So, the main work is to know what is the right thing to believe. This thing needs real hard work to get to know. The way to find the answer is to search information and judge them that they are right or wrong.
I believe in Islam. Because-
1.Some Holly books tells about the last messager that refers to Mohammad.
2. Because of Mohammad.
3. Because of Quran's mind blowing miracles.
1. I can't tell in details. But I know that in Hindu's most Holly book Puran and Christian's Bible there are given many hints about the last messager that directly match with Mohammad's life. I know there are many people that can tell this in detail. They have that knowledge, but I don't.
2. Believe islam or not everyone must know that Mohammad is a great man. He is given the 1st position in the selection of world's top 100 best humans. Search in Google(the best man) and read that in detail. Then we can understand why they selected Mohammad in 1st position and how much great is Mohammad.
3. This is the biggest reason for me to believing in Islam. Those miracles are mind blowing. But this can't be discrived by words. To know the real value, we must read about those miracles. Science, history and number miracles are the most of them. Scientific miracles are those scientific arguments that are impossible to imagine in 7th century. Historical miracles are those historical arguments that are impossible to imagine in that time or in that place. Number miracles are indescribable. Anyone can easily believe that every letter of the Quran are only from God or Allah and all the letters are unchanged from that 7th century. After seeing the number miracles is very hard for anyone to disbelieve in Quran. Just search in Google (number miracles of Quran) and see them. I guarantee that worth it.
So, I believe in one God(Allah). That he created everything. That's why must be the most powerful, he must do what ever he want, he must be the most knowledgeable because everything he created is too complex for us, he must be good because he is not doing anything bad to us without any reason like the bad persons but he have the power to do it. For me Islam is Quran and sahih Hadith and the things that come out describing according to those. I believe everything of Quran is true because of number miracles. I believe sahih Hadith because they are proven that they are true arguments from Mohammad, Quran also came by Mohammad, if that is true and right then Mohammad must be true and right.
That was the reason why I believe. Please please don't blind believe. Everyone must have a reason why he/she is believing and should know how to describe he/she is believing.
First of all, why you guys act just you didn't saw any religion or believes in life after death?
Second, if you say and believe like this why you need to be honest? You will be honest and tell others to be honest to live a good life. So, you will 100% take the chance to live a good life by doing any dishonest work.

Also heaven/hell isn't a thing as well, after your death you'll just go back into the place you were in before you were born I.e in a void of unconsciousness.

All the facts, stories, and history of mankind in a little device in my hand. Amazing! It is so exciting to feed my brain new thoughts and ideas. Looking back, I can think of two worthy goals to strive for in a well-lived life. One, is to be good listener. Two, is to be a good “noticer”. Death doesn’t scare me. It reminds of my the thing I tell myself sometimes: in future I'm already dead and everyone is fine there, for them I'm just one of these ladies from retro pictures, who loved someone, was loved by someone, was stressed, was happy... It's a weird way to calm yourself down, but for some reason this works for me. Scale of space not so much, but scale of time... For some reason it feels just very peaceful that I'm going to die, when I see my death through future. It helps me to focus on the experience of existing. To not care about goals and all that. I like to think about all these people, from old photos. They all share this experience of existing with me, even though we're doing it in a different time. And there's somebody right now in the future maybe looking at my pictures and feels something about my casual life in these days. When I think about people from retro footages, I only feel that it's fascinating that they all existed. And I'm simply one of them for somebody in the future. Even if they won't see exactly me. We're all pretty much the same, loving and hating, making beautiful things and mistakes.

i don’t understand how this is supposed to help anybody’s anxiety because regardless of how much bigger the universe is than us, real world consequences still exist. yes, an exam doesn’t compare to the grandiosity of the universe or even just the solar system, but it is still important for a comfortable and happy life lol if you stop caring about things because they don’t matter in this sense, your real life will be miserable and you will feel it then.

Yes, I know we are tiny and very insignificant but it doesn't prevent us going through a living hell at the end of life. I watched both parents suffer greatly in the last years of their life. One in a nursing home, unable to get out of bed and in so much despair and pain she begged me to end her life every time I saw her. My father had a stroke and was basically 'locked in;' unable to communicate for the last years of his life yet his brain was fine. I have never seen eyes filled with fear like his were. If we had a dog that could not move, feed itself or move anything apart from its eyes, we would be prosecuted for keeping it alive yet we do it to our beloved humans. It is a sick society that allows this to happen just because a tiny minority think it is god's will when most people have the sense not to believe in such things. It is unbearably sad that people have to take their own life in such terrible ways because nobody in power has the sense or compassion to do what is right and allow euthanasia and assisted suicide to those who want and need it.
