Until you work out that a loner is never alone when alone. You will never comprehend how the mind of one who is is so content. Most people are a bother and the few who aren't aren't needed for company. Just knowing they are part of your life is company enough.

Great video! As a Sigma male, your videos help me understand myself better. It feels great to be understood because in the real world, we feel like aliens most of the time. I'm a lone wolf and as I age , I seek more and more independence. I find myself directed by my intuition more than anything else and I totally don't care about the societal norms and expectations especially when I find them nonsensical 😃 . And yes our leadership style is more of being a " model " and motivating others to be their best . It is often misunderstood or suspected which is why we rarely seek leadership. So yeah I appreciate this video. Great job 👏

I’m 75% positive that I’m a Sigma, but I’ve been ridiculed from a young age for it, so that’s helped me embrace some of my traits while squashing some of the big ones. Can anybody else say this happened to them too?

I have fought with the way I am all my life. Never quite fit in. Friends, family and professionals have consulted me about changing my attitude or personality. As the years have past, I have pulle further away from society and seemed out my peace. Your videos have helped me define my personality, Sigma. These facts are so spot on, I don’t need to conciously watch or listen. I find myself going through dozens of your videos on Sigma, without really watching, but I know it spoke truth.
Not all sigmas have the same financial outlook on life or have the same situation presented. Thats leaning in more on the alphas. A lot of the social dynamics explained are pretty accurate though.
I agree!!! When in my 20s I was so focused on business and the "next thing" but I was so unhappy. But making money is so ridiculously easy that now I I have no time for it unless it's for something I truly want.

Few of those describe me pretty good. My whole life I always love being alone, picky at who I’d choose to date, don’t wanna get too close to others, and also I love to work alone at a job if possible instead of in a group. That how I can work with no one else’s rules and can set my own to do list how I wanna do it

I'm a Sigma male. You did a pretty good job at this. Let you in on a little secret. We need to be alone so we can regroup ourselves and come up with a clearer way of going at things. I have been one all my life really. I seemed to conform more to it in my older age. I wasn't aware of being a lone wolf type till I found myself more and more in solitude. There for awhile I could barely step out into public. I would become overwhelmed by it all. I'm better now though.
I have the same experience. As I got older I became more of a loner even though I still enjoy the company of others. My energy is quickly drained the more I interact with others, except for a few close allies.
I like to run errands later in the day and at night even. I’ll go do laundry and hit the gym at 2 am lol. Less traffic, less possibility of running into a disrespectful type of person.

I've always thought I was an alpha male but recently while deep thought, healing and finding my true self I've realized I'm a Sigma male. Feels good and a one of the weights shedding off my shoulders
Fun fact: i have been watching the alpha male thing for over a year to improve myself. Today i ve stumbled onto this sigma male thing and this thing resonates with me completely 100%. I not even know i was a sigma male lol

I wasn't aware of a Sigma Male until I was called one. So far I think I fit the description.
It’s funny when I was younger I had family question why I was in their words a loner being young I really didn’t think that much about it really cause of the ability to be the centre of attention whenever I went to parties an such, much older now and I realise that I have an ability to build groups, I’d bring people together then I’d hand over the reins an walk away and a small portion that I may have stayed in contact with are shocked by my ability to just up an go. I find I get bored with them whilst there happy with the hanging out on weekends I find myself making excuses to leave early then go off an do my own things…. More apparent these days that I’m older… this video is really great

I have never felt that I fit into either the Alpha Male or Beta Male categories. In fact I have always disliked Alpha Males (never trusted them in the workplace either). Beta Males are OK, but I find myself often cringing at some of these male's drive (or lack thereof). As soon as I discovered what a Sigma Male is though I was dumbfounded, amazed and felt keenly interested. I find the descriptions of the Sigma Male character traits to be bang on for me. I'm definitely an independent loner, and definitely do NOT care what anyone thinks of me. Am also very self-aware, do at least try to think things through before acting. But I would say that 99% of what these Sigma Male videos describe fit me to the proverbial "T".

Today I woke up asking myself why have I always felt so different from those around me. I've lived in two countries and the feeling has always been there. This video popped up and now I'm very nervous about the algorithm. I feel my privacy has been invaded. But thankful at the same time for the insight.
Dude I feel the exact same and also have the same concern. I want to be there for those of us that need support, but also cringe at putting myself out there into the public space. It’s not for me. But our validation helps each other. That’s what is important.

I like how on this CZcams's listing they show Superman (Henry Cavill). Superman, the idea of the character that is, is the epitome of a Sigma Male. I have been identified as a stereotypical Sigma male. My spirit animal / totem animal is the Bald Eagle and my personality type is INFJ-A. I know my strengths and weaknesses, and I'm constantly trying to improve myself. I don't recognise myself from my 20s. I am 50 now.

Thanks for the explanations. I have become really intune with myself, learning and confirming who I am and why as I continue to self build. There is no question that I am a sigma male. I feel as tho I could be a model sigma. In combination with be a sigma, I'm a libra with an INFJ personality, and a master number 11 in numerology. This makes me a very unique individual, one of a kind in my world.

Fantastic realization of the true nature of an individual on the path to spiritual awareness and merging with the soul! in the quietness and realization of not just walking the path but becoming the path to understand the nature of divine creation! to realize that we are not the physical body not the emotions and not the mind thought! these are vehicles that we need to learn that we control and they do not control us as we proceed on a journey to understand the nature of our own soul! This incarnation into the lower vibration needs the solitude and the awareness to become that path that we walk! becoming aware of the nature of our chakras in the energy bodies that we truly are allows us to move from being conscious to exist in awareness! all of these traits are realization of a spiritual being having a human experience rather than a human having a spiritual experience and realizing that you are in this world for that experience and not of this world! you are on your journey back home to your creator and you allow those to seek the understanding of that vibration which is in the third dimension but moving into the fifth dimension! I would say many of these describe me. I don't like being told what to do, especially when I am disrespected. Betas tend to be submissive and put up with it, where I call it out. However my tendency is never to dominate over others. Rather be in my own place around loyal people who I trust.

Being a Sigma is not an easy life. First, we set high standards for ourselves, and in addition we have the expectations of others towards us. We live by deciding who we will upset today, even though that is not our goal. That is why it is important not to take anything personally when we disappoint others. The obvious choice is not to disappoint ourselves and let go of the expectations of others and not feel bad about it - after all, it's not our expectations, but theirs :)

Even as a kid, I could be sociable, but on weekends, I didn't have to see my friends always on weekends. I had my books, music, movies, my dog , and so on...my dad accepted it but it drove my mother crazy.

Realization that these are my personality traits are really eye opening. I won’t lie sometimes it feels quite depressing knowing your different but can’t really explain it. With the knowledge and knowing what it is it is easier to use it to your advantage.

I prefer my Me-Alone-Time for self reflections and empowerments and I can mix with a crowd but prefer independent time as I don't want to be influenced by groups of people.
I can lead when I want to as I've been a leader of my band. I have a distaste for entanglements as I find it intrusive and constricting. I value my personal space.
I'm a lone wolf. I'm an introvert and prefer doing my own thing at my own pace.

I'm trying to understand myself all through this years of existence on why the heck i prefer to be in solitude but still enjoy myself, why can i perform as a leader without raising my voice but let others respect my authority, why don't I want to be fit in a romantic relationship being force to be married but still value a relationship that i had once, why do i wear my own style of clothes without caring for the trend, why do always make decisions that i see will fit my way rather than listening to my companies CEO now and why i suddenly loose interest working on a company and now driven to take a leap and start my own.... This video answered most of my questions...

I felt from the very beginning I was different even from my family. This finally explains why I act like I do.
I think you will find that we all hate waste, i’ve run several businesses recycling, everything from video games to renting used Mobility Scooters out. I try and reuse everything in the most efficient way, I wonder how many other people have this aversion to waste, I find it annoying when people take five sheets of kitchen roll to dry their hands when you only need one, or two at most, or put half a bottle of ketchup on the plate and throw most of it away, it drives me mad!😃

I work and save so I have options...you have options, you have power...to tell someone ( when necessary) to go to hell. Anyone trying to tell what to do or ask for financial help sends off alarm bells in my head and I distance myself.
