I had to become one by force ,one friend, life together, it's hard on the mind but the peace is unmatched no wasted time and just a free life,full of common sense .It takes time to learn all the types of people ,but in the end the mind heals the body from previous hardships ,it's like being your own superman in a sense. And it's amazing how expansive and diabolically complex our minds can become when we filter out the human toxicity and high dopamine bulshit. My wonder is, believing Sigmas are born and not made . . is our neurological activity hyperactive / hyperfocus agency, secondary psychopathy or both? It's a superpower!
Sigmas have what, by nature, can be considered superior genes. This shows on the outside, a reflection of what's inside, a superior analytical mind capable of what few others are.
I’ve been wondering this for the longest man, and I’ve been told tht I’m just born this way. But I simply don’t believe it, there has to be a series of sequenced time, environment, and perspective in order to be the person we are. And when you look at it in that matter it makes a bit more sense, only in my opinion. Like the smallest things that affected you when younger can make you independent or dependent for example. The driver and I were talking about a problem and how to solve it, I presented my solution and got no response from my friend. Suddenly the guy starts talking his solution which was almost verbatim what I had just presented. I didn't protest but it was pretty weird.
Something I've gotten very used to is angry first-world women yelling at me as I leave "Wow! You're just leaving?" It always appalls them that I care so little about that which ruins their lives and completely stops them from being able to even think about anything else. They never realize I'm just too far above their petty social dynamics and won't be a victim of a woman trying to keep levels of attention by being sociopaths. This coupled with the lone-wolf aspect really puts us in a category of our own. Humans overwhelmingly do terribly in long-term isolation and think that every interaction is somehow important whereas a Sigma goes for efficiency above all else. Others may call him dismissive or aloof but really those periods of introverted analysis are what allow him to constantly maintain a mental (intellectual) and physical advantage over them that they can't figure out how he does it. We are rarer than 1 in a million meaning at total there MIGHT be as many as 7,000 sigmas in the entire human race at absolute most. Its why I visit sigma videos to make sure they're accurate. The archetype is literally being written about us right now and must be as accurate as possible just as data determines. Any true sigma instinctively knows this to all be true and follows this because of all their other personality traits meshing together in a manner which makes this the most attractive option.
the only opinion that matters is the one that you have of yourself! if others opinions of you are a determining factor of who and what you are you will never know who or what you are truly!

I'm 39 and my whole life , i've met only 2 sygmas, and i Felt some sorte of connexion with them
