The term "manchild" is overused nowadays, but mizkif is genuinely one. It's just the best way to describe him and it will save you from a lot of frustration trying to figure out why he acts the way he does.
He's just a guy who never really needed to grow up.
The guy does have medicated adhd so take in his "personality" with a grain of salt, as it is a condition which often impacts an individuals "filter"
i definitely agree with you on that. like sure he’s a little quirky and maybe even purposely annoying for bits and he does have adhd which causes him to be kind of all over the place. But, sometimes he just really doesn’t have the lights on in his head. and he acts like a toddler in so many ways. honestly i’ve been a fan of his for a while and i recently have not been tuning it at all because i’ve realized that i just end up feeling stressed or uncomfortable from watching him. maybe that’s me though

In Texas (the state where OTK is located) it seems that sexual assault/rape are second degree felonies, which can lead to a 2-20 year prison sentence and a $10,000 fine. If it was aggravated then the penalty would be 5-99+ years in prison along with a $100,000 fine.
This only goes over the state penalties and not the federal penalties which could be anything from 5 years to life imprisonment (15-25 years until the prisoner is eligible for parole). It should also be mentioned that he’ll have to register as a sex offender.

His natural coping mechanism is going to catch him heat, so the only way to avoid that is to simply not stream until the entire situation has been resolved. Even that isn't full-proof solution as there's no telling how long that will take and even when it is resolved viewers take a while to move on from drama.

Very good summary of the situation, you handled maturely and rather objectively considering you know a lot of the people involved. Not to throw shade to other people, but it seems you really are trying to inform rather than fuel more drama.
Lud fueled the drama day one by making the video without any regard for the truth. He just spread misinformation and now that the flames are biting at his ankles, he bothers to make a clarification video, mind you, one that will not come close to correcting the wrong he did. Like, seriously, Ludwig deserves to be right there with Trainwrecks and Xqc in the level of pos.

He completely bought the investigation at face value when it said that "there is no evidence of a cover-up."
The cover-up happened (as Adrianna herself said that she was "convinced") just not as a result of a conspiracy to cover-up.
Instead, it happened as a result of his sending friends to make sure it was actually sexual assault. When they were clearly too biased to do so and their presence could (and did) scare her away from making bold claims.
I never knew why was there always a glimse of genuine advise on the channel, because its a news channel in short, but it doesnt mean that i dont like Lud talking sense into us. Im just saying that he doesnt need to, but does it anyways, and thats cool. Also the reference to Weekly slap really cleared everything, and maybe just maybe gives me more of a reason to steer clear of the media, because now every Mogul mail video seems like a warning to people than a story, an advise in some sort than news.

It’s not like you get much out of bringing such a thing to light. If anything, you mostly receive hate and people gaslighting you on a traumatic experience you had.
