That zippity doo dah double cheese burger looks fantastic Ry! I could eat one for breakfast right now! I just got that same spin grate in yesterday. I can definitely see the convenience in using it. Would be great when doing a low & slow using the snake method, so you don't have to constantly be moving the meat around as the fire advances. Just give it a little spin. Another great video Ry!

Way to close out 2018! This is the best burger video I've seen all year. I love the sauce, the flame broiled patties, and everything else you put on it. Hey Ry, if you have dinner plates that have the ring on the bottom of them turn one face down with the ring part up put wax paper on top of ring and place burger meat on top, place another peice of wax paper on top and then use the plate upside down and press the patty out.
