I’ve been looking at this smoker for a while. Just haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I have a Barrel smoker now but it runs too hot for me. Like 325 Lowest I can get it to do. No matter what I try. I’ve watched several videos on this smoker and am thinking I’m going to pull the trigger especially after seeing your video. Really enjoyed your video also. I’m from Mississippi and ole MR can do it to it. I enjoy watching him all the time. Thanks for your video. Keep smoking brother.
@@chadwilson6550 pull the trigger! The Hunsaker Family makes a great product. I’m turning out my best BBQ ever on this thing. I’m a regular back yard smoker and turning out great stuff. It stays 275 all day long.

What size drum is this? 30 or 55? Thanks for the video. I am considering one of their drums
