Great to see you back, Dave! As the saying goes, you don't need to be a great welder if you have a grinder! But you pulled it off - nobody will know how much sweat, welding, cutting & grinding went on after those are bondoed & painted. Looking forward to the next episode!
I was a little taken back when this popped up Dave but i will say its like an old friend turning up out of the blue, truly heart warming. I hope youre mo jo for the truck has returned and hope to see more of the build. I would just like to add youre home is looking fantastic a truly epic revamp but as for the impersonations dont give up the day job you g man. Gary 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Thanks for coming back! I am in the same boat as you with my '51 PW. I am working on doors right now so I can fit the front cowl to the cab. Keep up the good work! It helps to see someone with the same struggles with rust!
Good to see you back at it! As a welder, here's a bit of advice that will change your life. Flap disc's. Especially for knocking down the welds on the ornamental facing of the door. Less aggravated abrasions. Much smoother transitioning. They don't last as long as a stone disc but you can still use the stone disc on areas that won't be as visible.
Hi Dave, I had binged all your previous vids, then when I was caught up, I waited for more...I hadn't realized it's been a year, but that's life getting in the way! You have made great progress, looking forward to part two, when the truck is all finished it's going to be awesome. Best part is, you can say I did it myself!! Keep it rocking!
