gsmontag a Pap smear doesn’t involve fingers, it’s a swab of the cervix with cotton swabs and sometimes other tools. Pelvic examines are done by hand/fingers. HPV can transmitted sexually so I’m guessing she’s saying his fingernails are gross and if he inserts them in her she’ll get HPV.

I honestly hope Mark sees this video, takes out his eye brow ring, clips his nails, realizes what a solid Annie did him and just fixes himself up a bit.
There’s nothing to fix up. Based on the description she gave, there’s nothing wrong with him. She said he has long nails because he plays guitar. There’s nothing wrong with an eyebrow ring, even if you don’t happen to like it.
There are things about his voice and his appearance that don’t fit her preferences, but other people can appreciate it. She even described him as being a really great person, and that’s always way more important then trying to appeal to people who have some weird issue with guitarists and eyebrow rings

Simply hearing the word Quaker instantly gave me nostalgia. I grew up in Pennsylvania too. It's a Quaker State. Until probably less than 5 years ago you could not buy liquor or alcohol on a Sunday and you still can't buy it in almost any store by the state store.

Surely no one actually believed this girl would just destroy some hapless, socially inept, guys life for the crime of just being one of those guys (people) who always seems to say the worst possible thing at the worst possible time in any social interaction- because they're terrified. WHY? Because it's happened to him ever single time he's tried and and the sure knowledge that he's about to do it again, just makes it worse every time. He's that guy who would only be a poor dancer if he'd just get out there and not worry about it, but instead he tries too hard to watch every move he makes and rather than just dance unremarkably poorly, he ends up doing this mechanical thing that makes him look like Jerry Lewis doing a comedy act and everybody cant stop laughing at him. It just gets worse and worse the harder he tries. I'm sure by this point you think I must be one of those guys, but actually I'm the exact opposite of that guy, and I used to wince and laugh at them out of ignorance like everybody else.
- Until I met a guy like that in high school and then saw him in his twenties still hanging around with high schoolers desperately trying to get it right... Just like this camp guy. We weren't friends, so imagine my surprise when he showed up at my door one day... I was friendly, hey guy what's up? He just looked at me with dead blank eyes. NOT ON DRUGS, more like shock, or serious trauma. I invited him in thinking maybe he thinks I can help, so I asked him in, tried to get him to talk, no dice, he just starred. Then he smiled, asked for a banana he saw in a fruit bowl, and walked right out of the house... This was a smart guy, and well built and handsome, he should have done well with the ladies, but he was just one of those socially inept ones. what had begun with a lack of confidence, had spiraled ever downward until he couldn't or wouldn't even speak. He'd thrown in the towel on on even trying. About month later a friend was relating a strange experience he'd had, and I told him this story, he just looked at me, and said, I heard that guy poured a can of gas on himself and lit a match... My jaw dropped and ominously asked him when. He said about a month ago. I was 20 then, it was a long time ago, but I've never thought about the socially inept as funny since.
