    Thank you for creating. I love doing your workouts as a Pilates beginner. It’s so encouraging and leaves feel better and stronger. Some other classes from different instructors I took I’ve felt slightly discouraged because I couldn’t keep up. So thank you!!!

    My favorite Pilates channel! I love how you make it all seem like it's just a fun time and I forget to feel like it's an obligation to keep my muscles from wasting away in older age....use it or lose it. LOL

    This was perfect!! I love your added rhythmic sounds( ba-da-da-da-DAT-da-da)- it reminds me of being in lyrical and modern dance classes and always makes the challenging poses more fun. You are a wonderful instructor!

      4 classes a week for 6 months as a beginner than start doing intermediate classes 2x week + beginner 2x week. More importantly, do what feels right. You want to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone but dont overdo it x

    The beginning fooled me with all the stretching. I thought it was going to be an easy class but by the end I was hurting in a good way 😂.
