This was a definite challenge, especially towards the end 😢I was a bit disappointed I couldn't do the side planks, only did about 3 in each side. I will be saving this video so I can practice more! I can be hard on myself and expect to get it down the first try😊 This will be my next challenge❤
don't be defeated Adriana... with practice you will get there! It takes time but consistency will def help you get there

GM Lady Isa! My 1st time with this workout & altho it's just 20 min., it was really effective. I am new to Pilates, only started last week & altho I am 61 yrs young, I did pretty good following your movements. I do, however, have arthritis in both of my hips & in my left shoulder, I did my very best.... {sweating typing this... lol} Thank you for your channel & I will look forward to do more of your workouts.. :)

Loved this class. I get massive shakes when I do side planks but I guess maybe I just need to practice them more regularly?
I really struggle with side planks ATM, any tips on how to build up strength so I can do them please?
Any tips for transitioning into the side plank with retiré? Not sure why it’s so hard for me!
I manage most of that, but I am 71 I was quite pleased
