    I had been practicing vinyasa yoga from 6 years.but starting doing pilates in 2020 after you 1 video and I noticed that elegant ,feminine, taller and point chin like changes which always made me love pilates more than yoga.because of quick and noticeable changes.More workout for slimmer and leaner body at the end of the day we all girls die for that kinda of body.I loved this one too.may you always be happy and blessed Dansiqee.lots of love and blessings to you and your family❤❤

    I am feeling the best that I have felt about my body physically since the quarantine (like everyone else I put on a few pounds ugh). So I went out to lunch with my teacher friends yesterday (we are on summer break so we haven't seen each other in a month) and one of them commented on how "snatched" I look. Well, that just made my day and I quickly replied that I had been working out with Dansique Fitness!!! I love everything about these workouts; my body goals are to be long, lean, and toned. I have noticed that my posture is better and I have this new swag when I walk (I have seen my husband watching LOL). Thank you so much Desiree I truly appreciate you and am so grateful for the challenges you have so lovingly put together on your website for those of us who are financially challenged. That is a testament to just how much you care. I hope that you had a wonderful Fourth of July and I will see you tomorrow for day 11 of the "Get Fit" challenge. xoxo

    As always your workouts make me feel whole again. ❤ Not sure if you’ve ever thought of marketing to rock climbers but I see a lotta potential crossover. I’ve danced for many years and found your videos during the pandemic to help me stay in shape.     Is this workout makes leaner or like the illusion of looking taller , it is also an illusion of looking leaner. Because it is actually making you look like both but i doubt it us only illusion or I am going really leaner?
