This video provides a brief overview of an S-Curve, how it is used in Project Management, and walks you through how to create one in a FREE Excel template. This is a great tool!
An S-Curve represents the utilization of resources over the duration of a project. In this video, we are going to take a look at an S-Curve chart that forecasts spending over time and how you can use this tool to better communicate with stakeholders and project team members when resources will be needed for the completion of a project.

How can I change these sheets so that it features now $K, but instead, it's $00.00? Is there a reason you're rounding up- as in it makes the
