Decision Making Made Easy (for Project Manager and Business Leaders

As a Project Manager or Business Leader, have you ever had a hard time evaluating or prioritizing where your focus and/or resources should be allocated? In this video, I will demonstrate a simple and effective tool you can use to make those decisions easier and more methodical. The Decision-Making Matrix tool outlined in this video is a fillable excel spreadsheet that allows you to evaluate and prioritize options or projects using weighted criteria. It can be used by leaders within when they need to determine what projects will be approved in the coming year (especially when resources are limited!), by a project team when working to determine the best solutions to move forward with when executing a project, or in your personal life when you need help analyzing the best answer to a problem or opportunity.
