Belgium is a 9M populated small country with an on the decline national team. England should be miles ahead of any other European team,by a mile but we just cant win under Southgate

Definitely, the UEFA CUP back in the day was a superb comp….2nd,3rd and 4th place in your league into the UEFA cup, it was harder than the European cup just not as prestigious and the cup winners cup was exactly that, but FIFA/UEFA wanted to make more money off our backs and gave us what we have now.

Basically a champs league style tournament where they have a group but the straight knock out after that be take 4 European clubs & if 2 get to the final its an extra 6 games a team will have to pay. Outside of England, most football fans don't rate Kyle Walker. Trent and Ben White are better. We like players like Maildini, Cafu, Roberto Carlos type players. Walker is a great runner and good football player.

it's only natural when the praise is over the top the criticism will be over the top too. If you've followed football for any amount of time you would have seen dozens of young players burst onto the scene and not fulfil their potential. Often the early games are the easiest because you are an unknown quantity, but the game is analysed so much now teams very quickly understand what a players strengths and weaknesses are and plan accordingly, that's why it tends to get more difficult in the 2nd season.

Bellingham is by far Real Madrid's best player. Vinicius isn't even close, I watch Real Madrid almost every week, Vinicius ain't that good.
