The players he's bought in aren't performing either and it seems like no one is really enjoying themselves or improving. We do need to improve recruitment both in and out and fitness of players. We've had worsening injuries over the last 18 months. Some of that has to be down to training and some of that is recruitment of risk players

They had access to his press conferences, trainings, pre season. Now you all sit there and talk trash, demeaning him. Klopp had this problem two seasons ago and didnt recover even till thos season. Give him time and see what he can do. 6th place and an FA cup final is not a bad second season finish considering what he has had to go through in the hands of this terrible ownership. Now where is the success supposed to come from.... There is a desease in Manchester that need to be dealt with.... PLAYERS THAT LACKS QUALITY VS A MANAGER THAT IS KNOW AND HAVE A RECORD OF PLAYING GOOD FOOTBALL... A manager that that took the team to 3 spot in the league and won a cup and got to a Final... Now suddenly he is bad wow guys this is really confusing.... The club needs to fund a way on to sell players cause that's not the coach's fault and players like Rushford, Maguire, Wambasaka, Casamiro including Mctominy and if I was the manager I was going to also risk and sell Bruno and bring in a young innovative skillful and strong number 10 actually big decisions need to be made for the club to go back to where it belong... As a United fan personally I have had it with ETH, He defends indefendable performances, for every man utd match, as soon as we get the ball, I start a stop watch, the time never clocks 30 secs before we loose possession immediately. We have backed ETH against Ronaldo, against Sancho twice, against De Gea, wanted to sell Mctominay and Maguire we backed him, didn't retain Sabitzer, backed him, No contract extension for Varane, we backed him, sold Matej Kovar a promising keeper (who has won league with Leverkusen) we backed him!, Spent money on players we don't need we trust him. Liecester went down with 3 top prem midfielder (Madisson, Tilemans and Ndidi), we could easily have picked up 1 of them. Now he's having issues with Gernacho and with all these things still not delivering result. Whatever problems man utd has as a club, it does not excuse the performances of the manager, ETH is not just it, he can't do the job and he needs to be out right now!
    Sometimes as a manager your ability to motivate, improve your players, and make right transfer decisions is all you need to be successful. Tactics and in-game management are second, but ETH doesn't get a passmark on any of these criteria, No tactics, late and wrong substitutions always, not motivating or improving players.

    When Managers come to United they're full of energy, oozing with confidence & vibrant. Then the structural flaws begin to show.
    Players fail to pull their weight. A cycle begins such that Managers become frustrated with higher ups by way of incomings & outcomings.
    Then the players lose faith in the Manager. Fans become frustrated with the Manager, & higher ups. He gets sacked & we do it all over again.

    • @imo098765
      @imo098765 Před 14 dny +1

      Its really simple, he wants the team to press high but they cant leaving the gaps in midfield because the CBs are too slow to push up with lack of pace which leads to the huge amount of chances created against United
      He wants to play out from the back with the wingers wide and a full back inverting(no Shaw or Malacia means the left side cant do this) and without Martinez and Varane there is no press resistant CB's who can play line breaking passes. With Onana able to do similar things picking long range of passes to beat the initial press.
      United look open because the players arent pressing properly like Rashford or dont have the legs to do it Eriksen, Casemiro and Kobbie isnt quick either
      United lose the ball stupidly from passing, is because the players cant pass out from the back and the ones who can are injured
      It all comes down to the manager wanting them to play a sorta hybrid of Klopp and Pep styles

    On the contrary. The media influence the social media of fans. What the media says now is more powerful because, before they would influence fans reaction and how they target players at the matches, now they not only do that, but also influence fans reaction to games straight after matches and in continuing to do so in their homes. And by being this position are able to also turn the heating up on managers by influencing fans reaction to managers too at a greater scale. What happens in the game is not important, because the media would have already brainwashed the public to look for, only highlight and focus on negatives about a specific player, or manager or positives about a specific player or manager, before a ball is even kicked, ignoring the facts and stats of the game for a player or manager that tell the true story. It is easier for the media to turn or reduce the heat on players and managers and influence managers in fear of their jobs, driving the fans to follow their views on players and managers to a level of illogical hysteria more than ever before and so the media use this to push agendas which they often do for reasons that have nothing to do with football or the facts on the pitch. The media no their power and are taking full advantage of this especially when concerning the England manager and who they want him to play for England, allowing those in the media with certain racist views to enact their ambitions of racism and hide behind the mirage that they follow social media event and not the other way round. Social media comments from fans take their lead from so called professionals on the main corporate channels. Peace and love
