BMW rear muffler removal on my 335I E92!

I was curious to see what the exhaust would sound like without the rear muffler, so I devised a plan to make them easily removeable!
I had some hiccups, with the wrong size clamps but I managed to get around that for now.
The pipe is 60mm (2.36") and I brought 63mm (2.5") clamps so I had to make a sleeve out of some old steel 76mm (3") pipe.
It all seems to work ok!
I'll be trying to but some strait pipe back there instead of the muffle at some point, so you'll have to wait and see how that goes.

I never ended up getting the correct size clamps, I’ve just stuck with the ones I’ve got! But I believe they should be about 60mm or 2.36” if that helps!

Dropping the exhaust is less hassle just a bunch of bolts.

Yeah but it’s really hard to jack up the whole car on the gravel as the jacks dont roll they just pull the car towards the jack, so its easy to jack the front or back up but difficult to jack both as I need the whole car up to fit under it to get to the bolts, and I made straight pipes for the back where the mufflers are so it’s still good that I cut it off!
